error after error

what the hell is wrong with fifa, I can't open the cards, it keeps saying something about the servers, something like that can't be played with, I'm left with blocked cards because I can't open them

I can't open any of the boxes. When I click on the box in the picture, it shows what is shown in the picture. I still have a bunch of boxes to open and it won't let me.
