Olá; Sou português; Abri um pack de 1500 fifa point na consola Ps4, onde recolhi as recompensas.Mas dentro há para desbloquear revelações do totw que esta corrompido e diz que os servidores da EA estão com problemas.. como se pode resolver este problema? [Moved to FC 25 PT - CM]

hello; i wanted to play fc25 on pc from the SEASON SUPPLEMENT PACKAGE I received on 05.03.2025 " *card.desc.TotwProvPack? the package called " came out. when I try to open the package, it gives a "CONNECTING TO SERVER" error and transfers it to the main menu. So, I previewd a silver pack from the store and than bought it. Inside the silver pack I previewd was another silver pack. When I tried to reedem the other silver pack that was inside, I got an error saying "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." Currently I can not open any other pack without reedeming this silver pack. I also can not buy other packs. I am playing on PS5, my PSN gamertag is Odisea555, I bought the pack on console. It is a silver pack that was inside another silver packed that I previewed and bought from the store. Please, fix this issue because I can not buy or open any other packs if I don't reedem this pack. Thank you.
Error in the EA FC 25 store
Hello! In the EA FC 25 PS5 game, the item “Unlock 1 Loan Pack” appeared in the store on 03/05/2025 10:00PM. You click on it and it gives the error “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team. Please try again later.” I click ok, it throws me to the beginning, I go back to the store and everything repeats. I have already logged in 50 times in 2 days, a constant error. Screenshots are attached. Please fix it, thanks!🤝
