Game-Breaking Revive Bug Completely Disables Player Controls and Ruins Matches

I would like to report a serious bug that occurs when I try to revive a teammate from their death box. Sometimes, when I start the revive, the interaction gets cancelled, but my character becomes completely unresponsive afterward. I cannot shoot, pull out my weapon, use abilities, or interact with anything. The only actions I can perform are walking and running, which essentially leaves me unable to play until the situation is resolved. This is extremely frustrating, especially during important fights, as it can completely ruin the match. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. I do not know if it is relevant to the bug, but this happened when I started to revieve the deathbox near a door.
