I am outraged by the disgraceful level of service I just received from your so-called "support" agent Himanshu. This individual was absolutely useless, copy-pasting scripted responses, refusing to actually listen to my issue, and then had the audacity to end the chat while I was still talking.
I came to EA Support expecting actual help, but instead, I was met with deliberate obstruction and incompetence. My issue is simple: I legally own The Sims 3, I have my physical copy, and I have never redeemed my activation code online. Your system falsely claims my code has already been used. Instead of assisting me, Himanshu wasted my time with pre-written nonsense, refused to escalate the issue, and then abruptly cut me off.
My concerns are now much bigger than just my game:
- Is EA trying to scam me? I have proof of ownership, yet you refuse to give me access to my game.
- Did your employee steal my code? If it was supposedly used, but not by me, then who did it? I no longer trust your system or your staff.
- Why is EA employing people who refuse to do their jobs? If your support agents exist just to say "No" and paste templates, then why do you even have a support chat?
I demand immediate action:
- A proper investigation into why my legally owned activation code is falsely marked as used.
- Termination of Himanshu, since he is a disgrace to customer service and clearly unfit to handle real problems.
- A REAL solution to my issue. If you cannot activate my game, you are admitting to outright theft.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will take action. I will:
- File formal complaints with consumer protection agencies.
- Expose EA’s fraudulent support practices publicly on all available platforms.
- Seek legal counsel regarding the denial of my purchased content.
You have 48 hours to provide a real resolution before I escalate this further. I expect an actual response from a human being, not another useless pre-written script.
