Can't access EA App – Region blocked (from Ukraine)

Hello. I live in Ukraine, in the Donetsk region (under Ukrainian government control). I cannot access the EA App or launch Battlefield 4. I believe my account or access is restricted due to my IP address or account region.

Please check my account and help me restore access. If possible, change my account region to Ukraine.
