Ea connect - refreshing a chat

I was contacted by a developer regarding my feedback about the issue where chats sometimes stop refreshing while messaging with an EA friend. I will collect the requested details such as timestamps and other relevant information.For now, I can only describe the behavior: the issue occurs irregularly. The chat initially refreshes normally, but the more messages are exchanged, the more likely it becomes that I cannot see the latest incoming messages anymore — even though I still receive notifications. From that point on, I also cannot see my own newly sent messages in the chat, although they are successfully delivered. They only appear later once the chat refreshes again.Restarting the app or sending multiple messages usually triggers a refresh.I will provide detailed information soon.
