Bf6 ea app phantom edition not showing in libary and no compensation for lunch

I did buy bf6 Phantom but i only see normal version in libary with option to buy it again not sure why i think it may something to do when try to play on lunch day i can't and my friend have ea pro i did buy ea pro and hope a can play as well but it's doesn't work so my question is when i cancel pro does my phantom rewards stay or not, and one more question how about seasons pass token where it is how can i check anyware and on did not get any compensation for not able to play so that's great anybode else have a same problem ?😁😆
