Invalid password and account not existing

I saw a post online about being able to check your battlefield six beta stats and I thought I would try this but first I needed to login I put my email in and then I put my password in and then it says my password was incorrect and I knew my password was correct because it’s literally linked in my password key so I change my password verify everything put the new password in and it still doesn’t work. I then try logging in using my phone number. I put my phone number in. Enter the new password and I get logged in immediately. So I thought it just took some time to refresh so I log out put my email back in and the new password and then it says that my password is incorrect so I remove my email put my phone number in and then it logged me in immediately. After accepting that it just wasn’t going to accept logging in through email. I went to check my stats, I put in my user ID and then I’m told that the account doesn’t exist WHEN IM LITERALLY LOGGED INTO IT! Not to mention I was part of the early access beta where you have to link your account in order to play!!! I opened up a chat with “customer service” if you can even call them that and I’ve yet to be seen. Edit, THEY TERMINATED MY HELP REQUEST!!
