Seconding that everyone should contact EA about this issue - I just got done chatting with support and they seem to be aware of it at this point. Please send in a ticket if you are also impacted by this issue!

Go to this link and click on the option to "Chat With Us". This will get you in with a service agent, and at that time you just need to explain the issue.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. I bought this game just last month, excited to dive into what I believed would be a full, working experience. From the moment I started playing, I was hooked, I truly love this game. It gave me joy, connection, and something to look forward to.
But recently, the online features, especially Live Run, stopped working due to what seems to be an MMSE issue. It’s really disheartening. There was no announcement, no warning, unlike other games like Anthem, which had clear communication from your team.
I’m not just writing as a customer, but as someone who genuinely cares about this game. Please, if there’s any way, fix the MMSE issue. I’d be incredibly grateful. It feels like something on EA’s end, and I’m hoping it can be resolved.
Thank you for listening. I just don’t want to lose this game so soon after finding it.
