A way out not launching

So i have bought A way out recently and when i try launching it there opens a window saying prepairing game that closes right after without a message and opens the EA app without launching the game.

 This happends when launching with steam and with the EA app. I have tried everything on the website and everything the support and still the game wont launch.

Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix this issue?
