Cancel EA app pre-order for Steam pre-order?

I'd like to cancel my pre-order for the EA app and buy it on Steam instead.

I'm just anxious that if i do cancel the pre-order, i am going to lose the items that i have unlocked during the BF6 Beta time and currently BF2042 unlocks for BF6.
