Cant get in to my profile

For a while I can't play anny EA games and with skate comming up I realy need this fixed. Everytime i try to get in to my account I cant get in. Then I try to link my account to a other account but it said that my account is linked to a email account wich I realt dont reconize as seen in te picture below. I dont recal beaing banned on ea or have no idea if this is even the reason. But if I was banned I was wrongfully banned, why? Beacause I don't go online on ea games only singel player. How can I fix this?
