Cant unlink psn

I am a big fan of BF6, but my PSN account was hacked at some point, causing someone else to link their EA account to my PSN. I cannot unlink this because I do not have access to the hacker's email address. Is there any way I can link my EA account and unlink the hacker's? I am the owner of the PlayStation 5
