FC points

I pre ordered the ultimate edition of EA fC 26. Very happy with it but I got 1 issue. When I started my ultimate team I got a message if I wanted to transfer my fc points from EA FC 25 to 26 o course I said yes! 
but after I said yes I only received 2000 fc points when I had to receive 6000 points ( what all my friends received). So my question now is where are the 4000 points at? I waited for 4 days now and I still didn’t receive the 4000 points. I hope EA FC can help me with this problem as soon as possible! I must receive the rest because I paid for the deal from the ultimate edition or I want my almost 40 euro value FC points back. thank you in advance.
