Small XP gains when skating

I’ve been playing for a couple of days and already completed every mission and pretty much all the challenges, even the ones in rotation..

What I would like to see is some small XP/REP gains when just skating around. Like a little bit of XP for every trick or sequence. That way people who just like to skate around can progress without having the need to do fixed challenges and what not..
