Hola buenas, compre un juego, al ver que no estaba en español lo reembolse, nunca recibí la plata y el juego ya lo sacaron de mi cuenta

¿Cuándo pediste el reembolso? Ten en cuenta que puede tardar entre 7 y 10 días laborables en procesarse el reembolso en la tarjeta, dependiendo del método de pago.
