Je n'arrive pas a changer mon adresse mail car jai ete piraté

Bonjour, j'ai voulu récemment me connecter à ea sur ps5 mais je doit réinitialiser mon mot de passe sauf que le problème c'est que quelqu'un a piraté mon compte et a changé l'adresse mail et je sais pas comment changer tout ça. Savez vous comment faire ? (  C'est une adresse mail que je connais pas du tout et c'est pas la mienne)
