@Gaz4020 as @ScarDuck14 pointed out, the Trueforce API hasn't been enabled for Xbox platforms yet, just PC and Playstation.
And it's a different SDK altogether. General FFB works via DirectInput, the issues you're experimenting has to do with it and should be addressed on their own.
Trueforce is basically a different layer of feedback more akin to the haptic feedback of Dualsense controllers. They can use actual physics data and telemetry to provide that, but most cases they just feed on the audio data from the game to reproduce engine noises, rumble strips, tyre scrubbing etc via vibrations. In a way it's similar to bass shakers.
TL;DR: those are FFB issues, not Trueforce issues.
