Am curious if you’re putting in similar lap times on TT before and after the new patch?
I am about to start a new MyTeam career and need to set the AI - I generally like setting it once and then getting on with it. Might make small tweak at the start of the race weekend if it’s a track I know I’m bad at.
On the previous patch I set it at 101 and this was a good base in both qualy and race for me throughout the season. I set this AI level based upon the difficulty calculator over at F1 Laps by noting down the AI level based on all my TT times. Then averaged it giving me the AI level at 101.
I’ve just done some TT in Bahrain, Saudi, Australia, Azerbaijan and Miami. On average I’m faster on the new patch on these tracks by about 1-2 tenths compared to the last patch. I had to really push to get those TT laps on the previous patch but this time around I found it much easier to beat those times.
What are you guys finding? Are you faster/ slower on TT and how has this effected your AI levels compared to the last patch?
@Monzstar83 there are people saying with patch 1.08 handling is different (and laptimes slower), from my side I would say identical:
- improved 28 thousandths in Silverstone
- improved 26 thousandths in Jeddah
- 112 slower in Monza (but hopefully more to come)
About AI I don't know yet, assuming my level is the same, I will face the improved AI speed which at 110 looks around 3-4 tenths faster as average...
