Cannot Join Private Lobbies

Hey guys, hope you can help me. I cant join private lobbies in the game and people cant join mine even if they are my EA friends and I invite them.

I already tried downloading both versions (PS4/PS5), reboot lobbies, delete game and install again. Literally everything and nothint works. 

Does anyone have a solution?
