We ALL like this game!
How do I know?
We are ALL on this board!
Are we ALL happy with the release?
NO!
Will ALL the issues get fixed?
The sad truth is probably not as the fix might cause more problems than the problem.
Yes I will buy F1 24!
And that is precisely how this crap perpetuates. Congratulations on acting against your and everyone else's best interests!

I am sorry I was one who preodered every time they hav'nt even advanced My Team or Career this year so I will not buy next years game until they do what the community hve suggested.
Pre season testing making our own engine designing our own car. With the technology these days i really think all this is possible and more.
Also I womt buy F1 Manager 2023 until they put in a My team.
- Trekari3 years agoRising Hotshot@gmhsv1 Don't apologize for pre-ordering.
The act of buying the game (pre-order or not) shows EA that their customers WANT the product to exist.
The thing more people need to do, is to refund the game purchase within the allotted timeframe, so that EA can see the sales numbers being rescinded by people angry enough to take their money back.
That way they know people want the product to exist, and they also have to suffer the consequences for abusing that desire and releasing sub-standard garbage (as they have the habit of doing) by having to issue refunds and losing money.
I was involved in the NHL series regularly for nearly a decade until I realized that the only thing EA understands, is losing customers and money. Without consequences, they have little incentive to change anything.- Executioner03 years agoSeasoned Adventurer
Well, I for one won't be buying F1 23 or F1 24 on any platform thanks to the removal of Weekly Events in F1 22. I simply can't trust that either of those game will still be fully playable by the time I get around to playing them.
- BadMayh3m3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Trekari Did you buy this game yes or no?
If the answer is yes Thank you for help making next years game possible 😎- Trekari3 years agoRising Hotshot
@BadMayh3mI did.
Notably, I refunded it after seeing that they left in bugs from last year's game and the other inexcusable bugs that made it into release.
Unlike you, I decided to NOT be a part of the problem, and did NOT contribute to the message that this behavior is acceptable. If next year's game isn't full of the same disgraceful bugs that this one is, then you can thank me.
What you're doing and promoting won't lead to anything other than the same disappointment, year after year. Good job!- mariohomoh3 years agoHero (Retired)
Can we get this one straight, @Trekari?
@Trekari wrote:If next year's game isn't full of the same disgraceful bugs that this one is, then you can thank me.
YouIs this sealed already? F1 24 will be a hit because of you? Or does the community still need to endorse this attitude and refund en masse for EA to reconsider their business plan?
Because if it's still a case of the latter:

So again, unlike you, I decided to NOT be a part of the problem, and did NOT contribute to the message that this behavior is acceptable. What on earth do you think you're accomplishing by drawing a line between you, the smart one, and people unlike you? I don't have a copy of the Oxford nearby but even my dog can connect the dots and come up with some unsavory examples of unlikeness to "smart".
What on earth do you think you're accomplishing by insulting other players? No one has ever been coaxed into doing something by being called stupid online.
Yes, people should absolutely refund F1 23 if they can't have their 60-70 worth of entertainment out of it. Even more so those with proper simracing rigs, as the state of FFB and functionality with major brands is unacceptable right now.
Now can you be competent enough to persuade others into doing that without stepping to this needless snarkiness, pettiness and borderline insulting tone?
Goes without saying, but what's 60-70 quid worth for one won't be the same for you. I don't think F1 23 deserves that sort of money in its current state, not even if it'd had a smooth release, but I won't be throwing no tantrums online if I ever come across someone who thinks it does.
