@SMERK0R I was wondering the same.

Why can't anyone answer a simple question asked many times before: Does the patch applies to saved career modes? (I guess not)
Playing via EA App, and:
- Still have contract renewal before the last race of the season
- Pit strategy glitch still present
- Had a Safety Car on first lap in Vegas, was in 1st place and Hamilton passes me to 1st under Safety Car and nothing happened, many other AI cars did the same between themselves and got 5 second penalty
- Still have AI crashing into me, constantly, causing damage in my car, and theirs just go by 100% functional
Can someone, please answer the main question?
Does the patch applies to saved career modes?
- ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@CUORENEROPT For contracts it won’t apply until after to your current season.
Have no idea why the Ai are crashing into you. It’s the most risk averse timid Ai I can ever remember. As for the Ai not being damaged some think it’s a flashback glitch. If you use a flashback during a session Ai cars damage gets disabled.
The answers to your questions are on the boards in multiple threads specific to your questions, there’s a search function at the top of the page.- 3 years ago@ScarDuck14 I already finished 1st season after the patch, and it happened again by the end of the 2nd season, so it doesn't appear to be as you mention it.
Same thing with stupid strategies and getting stuck at their menu after sprint races. I just don't want to start the 3rd season and take all this glitches through it. I'm fed up.- ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@CUORENEROPT You and me both: It’s that bad I opted to play FIFA earlier instead.
As codies have never been good at applying post launch fixes. I learnt a few years back. Not to get deep into career modes for a few months. As I delete game and save game data and fresh install as all initial patches have many numerous fixes. I know from experience one or more of those fixes has an adverse effect on my saved career.
A few YouTubers has said contract negotiations work as should following season. But I’ve just read in a thread it’s only doing that in driver career.
