@CUORENEROPT For contracts it won’t apply until after to your current season.
Have no idea why the Ai are crashing into you. It’s the most risk averse timid Ai I can ever remember. As for the Ai not being damaged some think it’s a flashback glitch. If you use a flashback during a session Ai cars damage gets disabled.

@ScarDuck14 I already finished 1st season after the patch, and it happened again by the end of the 2nd season, so it doesn't appear to be as you mention it.
Same thing with stupid strategies and getting stuck at their menu after sprint races. I just don't want to start the 3rd season and take all this glitches through it. I'm fed up.

As codies have never been good at applying post launch fixes. I learnt a few years back. Not to get deep into career modes for a few months. As I delete game and save game data and fresh install as all initial patches have many numerous fixes. I know from experience one or more of those fixes has an adverse effect on my saved career.
A few YouTubers has said contract negotiations work as should following season. But I’ve just read in a thread it’s only doing that in driver career.- 3 years ago@ScarDuck14 It's absolutely ridiculous that every time they'll release a patch we need to start a two player career all over again.
- ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@CUORENEROPT It’s not just this game. It happens with most yearly release games., As so much code gets ported over from previous years. Where the coders who wrote the code have moved jobs. So it’s hard for a new coder who’s adding new code or replacing old to fully understand what knock effects editing existing code will have. Be fine if they were given time by upper management to properly test. But that costs money and upper management only care about keeping shareholders happy.
