Have you played a game with trueforce working? It sounds like you haven't... When trueforce is actually working the wheel is extremely smooth and while driving you are feeling a soft pur from the motor. Everything is super smooth. It's like a different wheel. Try a game that have got it right on using trueforce and the switch back. I think what they have done in the patch is that they somehow they "switched" back to no trueforce package or whatever you want to call it. This can also be extrapolated by the fact that the plus minus buttons and the dial stopped working including the ones you mentioned. The sad thing is that there were times that probably by luck I managed to drive with trueforce on and it was a whole different game. I started enjoying it again

Noticed a significant pattern on the Logitech G923 on PS5.
First time opening the game after the updates we have had, the force feedback has worked normally. However, after closing the game and launching it to play it again, all force feedback is lost. This continues until the next patch, incredibly frustrating.
It's been almost a month since we got the 3 day early access and I have been blessed with a solid 3-4 races with force feedback. Fix it.
still no option for wet time trial

After this patch, game works so bad!
Before it I had about 50-80FPS (medium settings), but now, on the lowest settings I hve probleam to reach 20FPS.... What happened with you guys? Since buyinf codies by EA, this game becomes worse every year!
And also reported by me F2 tyre bug is just ignored. And the full race replay bug is ignored since 3 years! My PC Specs are i5-7600k, geforce 1060 6GB, 16GB RAM, 2TB SSD. F1 22 works at 80-100FPS on the high settings.
Edit: the funny thing is, that when I use instant replay, or highlights, or post race replay, or just the AI controlls my car, I have stable 80fps, but when I race, or when I am controlling the car - it's 15-20fps

Hello, like many other drivers, I've been having issues with Force Feedback since yesterday's patch.
I posted a new topic with a procedure who FIX THE ISSUE on Thrustmaster products :
https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/FFB-BUG-FIXED-for-Thrustmaster-wheels-only-F1-23-Patch-1-07/m-p/12735921#M7241Please let anybody else know if this also works for you on other brands such as Moza, Fanatec or Logitech.

@eizkornYes, it seems the implementation of the wheel on Xbox was reverted back to F1 22 and older titles. My best guess is that the Trueforce SDK was removed to allow for the wheel to function properly. For the Logitech G923 and Xbox series S it's like @RVladimiro wrote before. They replaced the newest SDK with the previous one, to make Force Feedback available. Probably the LSB/RSB and other buttons were among the proper SDK. Hopefully both parties (Logitech included) find a way to make it work. Otherwise it's complete nonsense to lure people with those features
EDIT: steering wheel lights, RSB, LSB, plus, minus and rotary dial button are not mentioned in the 1.07 patch. Perhaps it would be possible to fix it at this time?

@SomaticCoast375Obviously but that wasn't the point, are you gonna tell all the people in here that their issues with wheels aren't important because there are more controller players? No? Exactly.

Doesn’t matter if you use a pad or a wheel or you have other issues with the game. Everyone’s issue is just as important as everyone else’s. Stop sniping at eachother. It solves nothing! It will only end up with your posts being deleted, threads locked and even bans.
We are all frustrated for one reason or another. But please keep your complaints and criticism measured.
