WHY you don't fix simple things? OSD isn't yet fixed.. TT have original size.. and qualifying (?) AND OTHER THINGS!! EA AND CODEMASTERS?? WHY YOU DON'T FIX THESE THINGS?
just tried on pc didnt work unfortunately
- @EA_rephii i just lost all FFB after the new patch
- @FMS_Flow since the game came out it doesnt let me play a time trial as soon as i pick a car the game closes
How can we go about getting a refund? I bought the more expensive edition of the game and have been having a blast all the way up to this latest update. Now my Logitech wheel hardly works, half of the buttons I had mapped are useless, and it's significantly less fun to play. If this was the version I would have gotten when I bought the game I would have returned it the same day. Please point me in the direction of getting a refund

force feedback problems with patch 1.07 stopped working. thrustmaster tgt2... before the patch it worked without problems. The replays and flashbacks still don't have Ultrawide support. ☹️ A slap in the face for all Ultrawide users. This problem never existed in the past years, the Ultrawide support from Codemasters was always exemplary. Under the EA flag, however, they don't seem to attach much importance to things that should be standard in 2023. That's a problem that could be fixed in a few minutes. Even smaller racing games from small developer studios like Assetto Corsa, Automobilista 2 or WRC Generations offer Ultrawide support out-of-box. Instead, EA-Codemasters always takes one step forward, then two steps back. This was definitely my last release purchase of a Codemasters/EA title.

@CrewZS71I'd also like advice on getting a refund, because I'm past Steam's standard 14 days and over the 2 hours play time limit. So far I've clocked in 26 hours, but most of that was me attempting to remedy the graphical issues I've had since day one. And these new FFB issues in the 1.7 patch are the last straw. It appears Steam's refund process is for the most part automated, so is there another way to actually get a human to look into it?
Anyone know of a way to delete Patch 1.07 and revert to Patch 1.05 on Xbox? They've turned off Logitech's TrueForce features which were working fine on my G923 but they're now turned off while they "figure out the problem" with no timeframe in sight. I want to revert so I can use the game as it should be and not thru this gum-and-spit fix BS they've given us.

I find it amusing that people are asking about refunds now.
I was suggesting that everyone refund the game before it was even a week old, predicting that EA would not respond appropriately to the number of glaring issues this game shipped with.
The only way to 'talk' to EA about our concerns is to refuse to purchase the game, and refund it if you made the mistake of buying it to begin with. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTTHING ELSE.
If they get your money, then you're the fool and they're the winners. That's their point of view and it will never change. You wonder why they don't have any pride in their work and release broken products like this one?
Because all that matters is that you hand over your cash. Your satisfaction is not required.
