Not what you're asking for I know but give cockpit view a try if you haven't much. You get the important info. on the wheel which is obviously only realistically intrusive, plus personally I think it's far more immersive and enjoyable.
I also have problem updating the game. This issue shows every patch. EA app show that game is up to date, and there's no update for this game, but when I try to play it, The game shows that there's newer version availible, and I cannot play the old version. I close the game, close EA app, clear EA app cache, and nothing. No update availible. So I cannot play the game I paid for. Nice.
Sometimes I can fix this, forcing to "repair game files" but it not always helps.
Edit: Today when I forced to repair game files, after repairing was domplete, EA app showed "update needed" and not allowing me to run the game. I clicked "UPDATE", EA APP started to update the game. When it was finished, it still not allowing me to run the game, showing "update needed", and when I click "update" the same thing happened. In a loop. Rebooting PC and clearing cache won't help. So I can't play. Thanks EA. Worst devs ever!

As there were lot of messages I didn't pay attention to your previous message, I search with keywords like "Pixels" or for a screenshot.
But I agree this is annoying, I'd rather have an F1 game that comes every 2 or 3 years that is upgrading and improving every month rather than 1 every year because in the end you only play it 6 to 8 months without bugs as the 1st months of the game is just correcting bugs and then comes the new version of it..... It becomes expensive when you compare it with a GT7 or Assetto CC.

Does this patch applies to existing two player career modes ?
Patch 1.08 created major wheel shaking without me changing any FFB settings. XBOX Series X and Fanatec DD2 with Formula V2.5x wheel.
Hello,
the big only accrues in cockpit cam. When you press look left/right the camera barely moves. Before the patch you were able to see the mirrors which you can’t do anymore for me and many others that play cockpit cam without VR it’s almost unplayable now.
Changing SENSITIVITY on DD2 from Auto to 2520 (level immediately below auto) fixed the issue.
