@fujipandasan As a rule, I never buy or preorder a game until I know how buggy it is a launch and also until it gets into gamers hands. I think in this scenario, I wouldn't ever discount not buying it unless I didn't see enough of an update. Until there is a full run down of features I can not make a decision as to be fair, the information is fairly light. It wouldn't be a sound decision to base it on the trickle of stuff that has been revealed.

The marketing timeline had all sorts of events listed, even "content creator hands-on". The only thing I'm interested in is the proper, general review embargo.
The creators hands-on I'll obviously watch a few. The solid, well mannered, not shouty ones. But after last year, I will always be squinting down the monitor "hm, let's see where you're lying to me" 🧐
When the impressions get generic and more hopeful than helpful, that's when you need to back off.
Wait until the reviews come out. The real ones. - 3 years ago
@TotosHeadphonesthe game industry nowdays has some distortions. I think this stepback some of us are making, afraid of buying a game and getting disappointed, is just a reflect of that.
Red Fall released with 80-ish Gb and the day 1 patch had the same ammount of Gbs: 80ish. How can a game be released at such a state?
The same goes for F1 games, in particular the 21 and 22 installments. Patch after patch after patch after patch...
We got used to but this isn't normal at all.
As for myself, I could pre-order. Expensive but come on, I'm F1 fan and a videogame player. Thing is, I'll wait as much as you and perhaps some sale anywhere towards the end of the year.
