I WANT TO TALK ABOUT CARS IN TIME TRIAL..PROBABLY EVEN BIGGER PROBLEM IN GP MODE WHERE TYRES GO DOWN I DID SOME TESTING AND ALL EQUAL CARS HAVE DIFFERENT HANDLING ON ROAD AND OVER KERBS.. EVEN BRAK...

@atfmarko the problem is that we should know if through setup you can achieve the same wear performance.....the fact that as designed the cars behave differently is fine for me otherwise it is useless to have the official cars but top speed should be the same for everyone....the general impression is that they still take us for a ride saying we have solved it but they haven't solved it.....the game is no longer a simcade but a pure arcade made for those who play with aids and pad us we should all not buy the 24th to make it sell as happened with FIFA...
Equal performance means they all have the same amount off downforce and Powertrain performance etc.
The difference is that as all cars are off marginal different proportions means they Will handle slightly different in certain instances. If all using the exact same setup. Some will handle kerbs slightly differently to others. Luckily we have setup options to negate most of the negatives. Which I’m pretty sure F1 teams super tech brains will have crunched the numbers with the E-Sports drivers to setup their car to beat suit the car and the driver.
Only other option is to give everyone the F1 world car. With the F1 teams livery.
Im willing to bet you Codemasters would have already given that as an option to F1 teams. And I’m pretty sure having their livery on a generic car was laughed out
Yea Codemasters have to some serious issues to fix. This is not one. Even if they wanted to. FOM would have said NOT A CUAKCE IN HELL.
Cars have been like this for years and any Pro F1 E-Sports Driver that may have had an issue would have said something before now. But my guess is their team has told them no.
Limited man is a good consistent sim driver but the dude can’t even explain what adding negative camber is properly. If Jarno, Blakely or even my personal fav Jakey in the bin Benham started complaining then it’s worth listening to

- @ScarDuck14 it's fine then they should give more detailed explanations of the setups to resolve temperatures slipping during braking loss of traction I have a Ferrari with equal performance for the elite driving championship what do you move move the car goes away... after 5 6 laps
- @Nellix82 Also if you think about it what we use to drive said car. Be it a high speed he rig or a pad Is just an extension off the car. IRL they would be physical part of car. Everyone has a different setup. Some better than others. That not equal performance. Should everyone who races in leagues be made to use one specific platform and setup?
I can also go into camera default settings and with a few clicks off FOV I’m 2 seconds a lap quicker. For those of us who know what a decent FOV setting can do gives us an advantage.
The main issue is some comes are long wheel base and some are short. Neither is better than the other they just have different strengths and Weaknesses.
Anyone that competes in multiplayer in Equal performance cars. My advice is to test each car and find the one that best suits you and try to stick to that car
