Hello does anyone know how to calculate correct fov for F1 23? All good calculators show value for games like F1 2016/17 where it was different. I found one calculator that show value for F1 2021 that I think is the same as in 23 but people wrote that it might be incorrect.
this is the one i found that people wrote about that something was wrong, but the problem was only for people using 3 monitors, wide screen aspect ratio etc, so maybe for a standard monitor it works fine. to be honest it seems to work fine to me because it looks fine on my monitor, but i just wanted to make sure.
ok i did some research and this is the only calculator showing values for f1 2021 (f1 23 has the same settings) but the values for older f1 agree with other calculators, besides this i found a website describing how to set the fov correctly and they gave a link to this calculator so it is rather 100% correct besides i think that over the time that has passed since the release any errors have been fixed.
