F123 Fuel mix errot

Hello
We would like to ask for help in setting up the car, including where I can set the fuel consumption so that it is within the specified range. I complete a full race distance and unfortunately it asks for 110 kilograms or even more. This is very sad for me. For example: Hungaroring should consume 1.54 for about one lap, this is much more than 1.63.

I didn't just try one car setting, I tried more than one, this problem is standing up.
