Full TC Test
I decided to do this test to get a better understanding of this issue.
I did 2 back to back 5 lap races at Holland with the same setups.
FTC. NTC.

As you can see there is more consistency with FTC by a little but nothing I couldn't setup around.......but there is a problem.
FTC has an added benefit that causes it to be better.
The car DOESN'T Bottom with FTC and the time difference is the car dragging. Again I can raise my RH but I'll be giving up down force to FTC.
Is this the way FTC is supposed to work? I honestly don't have any idea but might need looked at.
