Losing points in ranked for no reason
This has happened to me on two separate occasions, so it's time developers addressed it. I start my race with the points I have (last time it was 530). I qualify 3rd, finish 3rd after battling in 1...

I have the exact same issue today. Being a rookie I pay a lot of attention to points. My log of points today :
Start of the week = 0
+4 pts in Texas (wet) => 4
+ 19 pts in Italy (dry) => 23
-2 pts in texas (wetter, DNF) => 21
So far so good
-1 pts in Italy (wettest) => 0 pts ...
HOW is that ? Anybody found an explanation ?
Note that I did not leave any of the race, including the DNF one.
Why is nobody addressing this issue ? A simple logbook of earned / lost points could help understanding the source if it was legit...
It's absurd, players even lose points if the matchmaking gets an error. I lost FIFTY points yesterday. Every driver had to leave because it was stuck in matchmaking (no qualy, no race).

Yeah, I´ve stopped playing Ranked this week and I don´t think I will touch it again unless there are some major changes. Matchmaking, points system, tracks, lobby sizes, driving standards, all horrible. I really enjoyed this mode for a while and it was my most played most, but it´s just unplayable as soon as you reach Gold division. And I even made it all the way up to Elite in Season 1 but there is no way I´m going for that again.
Same error for me, lost 32 points because the game git stuck in please wait in middle of the race
