@Nicolas_SV5 Jup exact same problem here. I reached out to their contact section and I got a total of 3 employees trying to help me. First 2 made sure I was the person that had access to the account and had to send them a verification code. 3rd person said I had to contact them trough livechat even tho that option isn't even a thing >☹️

@Lofwyn I got the same stupid run around so far, on to #4 employee who said he will help me get it and it does seem to be a bug of some sort.
