Missing Pitcoin Champions Edition

Hello, I pre-order champions edition and when i open the game, i have 0 pitcoin but with pre-order, the pitcoin are 18k. Why?

Same here! Play for 3 hours... Champions Edition, 0 pitcoins for me. I'm on PS5.
