no rewards after scenario event bug?

Hi there after doing the event (3 times, one of which last night) i did not get any points after finishing it (see photos) and today i logged to see if i got the alfa romeo livery but i didnt... am i...

    Hey, didn't get it either.

    Playing on PC - steam.

    Got top 5 but zero points when the leaderboard showed up after the race.

    Hello racers,

    Quick question for all of those that are being affected by this issue: Did the version of the game you were running has any modification in any mode, visual or otherwise? (i.e.: custom liveries...)

    @EA_Groguet Personally not at all, I've even verified the files before doing my last try but nothing changed. Fully vanilla game with no mods at all

    @EA_Groguet @ i use helmet mods but i also try scenario without mods score was same zero
    i did it three times

    and on top of that, I was able to complete the Brazil scenario without closing the game without issue

    @EA_Groguet damn there was an edit button all along, also I completed this 3 times myself, and I have raised a ticket but as previously mentioned, the email I was back and forth with returned a reply (about 5 messages into the chain) stating the inbox is no longer in use (or words to that effect) and it has been auto-closed. Due to the unfortunate nature of the website, it won't allow me to reopen it no matter how many times I press the button to do so

    @EA_Groguet @Mearnzz i was able to contact the customer service and they told him is an issue at develepment level and they cant do anything. the only thing they can do is forward to the dev team

    @EA_Groguet (sorry for the tag again) but wanted u to know that i logged today and was able to reedem no problem the new alfa livery (the bogged design one)... still missing the spa/kick one

    No, no nothing.

    I re-installed the game and now I get points in Scenarios, that was always 0 before and during the Bottas-event.

    I got the Williams livery after the Albon-challange.

    @Nejedesant I didn't reinstalled the game but I've played the other scenario and got the reward with no issue at all .. it's a bit sad I won't get the this one because of a bug ☹️(

    @Nejedesant @Mearnzz currently there's an F1world event (the F1Replay Bahrain one) that give away the livery and i finally got it

    While doing the Ollie Bearman Scenario in f1 world, I am not receiving the helmet or any other rewards after completion, I have no mods, no changes. Just standard PS5 edition - Account: s22kjl_
