PC Graphics very blurry despite ULTRA settings and high end PC

Just installed the game on PC via Steam and the graphics are awful. Everything ahead of the car is "foggy" / "blurry". I have everything set to ULTRA at 1440p. System is a Ryzen 7 5800X3D RX 7900X...

Same problem for me since the first beta e no option can solve it, now the game is unplayable 

I have 6700 XT, 32GB Ram, Intel i7-9700K e monitor 2K
