Performance patch

We still don't have news of the performance patch, we already have more than a month of the launch of the game and so far nothing. I think the order of the teams should be like this:

Red Bull

Mercedes

Aston Martin

Ferrari

McLaren

Alpine

Alfa Romeo

Williams

Haas

Alpha Tauri

  • Will we have the performance patch on Tuesday?
In this order of forces in my opinion.

    Redbull
    Mercedes
    McLaren
    Aston Martin
    Ferrari
    Williams
    Haas
    Alfa Romeo
    Alpha Tauri

McLaren are clearly second.  Only reason Lando struggled at Spa is because the team gambled on rain and went with a high downforce set up.    And still Lando scored good points.  Ferrari have upgrades coming for Monza..  So who knows they could be second by then.   So as I’ve said before don’t expect a performance update to come anytime soon. And if it does the only team you can say has improved is McLaren.

Also if you want to count yesterdays Qualifying Williams  are now a Top 5 team

And did I miss something are Alpine no longer in F1 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

@Monzstar83 Yeah i dont think much of those graphs.. They only ever go off of qualifying pace which Ferrari are better at but in the race they definitely are slower than Merc on average now.. not necessarily by much but still and Aston Martin might have just jumped back with the new floor to maybe challenge McLaren on race pace depends on how much fuel Alonso had in FP2. Also in 2021 they kept showing RB as fastest car after Merc had dominated 3 out of 4 races only because qualifying was a lot closer, just like last year when Red Bull sometimes was challenged by Ferrari in he second half of the season in qualifying but went off out of sight within a few laps in the race..

@ScarDuck14It all depends on how well the car performances are made, if they let me do it without FOM intervening would be much more depending on track.. McLaren are clearly 2nd fastest on high downforce tracks when its about low downforce/high top speed tracks then it will get much more convoluted like Spa, even with a bit less wing McLaren would probably not have been faster than Ferrari

It's super tight in higher grid now. I think the Merc still has the upper hand tyre wear-wise. So we need a dry track to figure it out. Finally we will have Monza and it's going to be bone dry.

PS I wish we had the ultimate performance ranking after the season ends. ✌️
