@chatmin It's just a free access period till November 20th but no, you won't be able to permanently keep the game for free this way.

People are already asking about "how to" via Steam.

They're a bit wary of £23.99 in the cart.

        Hey everyone,

        I can confirm that for Steam the free weekend will go live at 18:00 UTC.

        For consoles, it's already live. However, Xbox player will require a Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate subscription in order to play the free weekend.
