Depends on the number of people in your group, my guy.
There has been 1 spot until there were fewer than 10 people, 2 spots until there was more than 15 people.
My group just had one more guy added (16 total now) and a third spot opened up for Elite promotion.
My group has 31 members now and there are 5 spots for Elite.
