I got this once. I simply edited the custom scheme a second time to save the remaps (again). 

It has worked for me. It is a workaround, discard the changes but then modify the custom scheme one more time. It might help if you close and relaunch the game, because I also did that too.

    @SteveJackson Thanks Steve. Problem is I have 5 different controllers for flying that are not used in f1 23. I have to bind each one to get the message to disappear. The warning should not come up if any cotroller is previously configured. Why does f1 care if a throttle quadrant is not configured?

    I agree with you. Controllers UI needs streamlining and functionality fixing.

    However, try binding one control from each device to a special function that you don’t use in your custom wheelbase profile. That and maybe a second save of the binding might at least give you a workaround.
