What do you expect to see? Sound bug to be fixed

Not a bug unless replicated.

Check you have the default sound source set in Windows. Post a dxdiag with your mainboard make and model, thanks.

@SteveJackson It's definitely a F1 23 bug. I just got the same thing during a Bahrain 100% race. No sound in the game anymore after playing over an hour with no problems. The bug goes away after the race when you Alt-Tab back and forth, but the same workaround doesn't work for me during the race. Hopefully this is something that could be looked into!

It is a F1 23 bug. I have the same sound issue on the ps5 version, on a diferent race.

@eequiisOn PS5 go to audio options and the option where you can choose how you hear the engineer. Change it to controller speaker and it should work as a workaround.

This was apparently fixed in a patch. I raised it myself during the beta. @issueskid13

Version: Steam
Race netherlands 100% online lobby. Last 3 laps without sound whilst crossing the finish line.
Also same with hungary in lap 42 whilst going over the finish line.
Only way to fix is restarting the game. My AI caused a crash and I was penalised by the stewards. So please fix it
