And they play the game? Try Azerbaijan f1 22 and then Azerbaijan f123, xbox series controller, full traction. Push full throttle out of the the slow corners. In f1 23 you are sliding in f1 22 not. Same setting im both games.
- SuperDuppe2 years agoNew Veteran@EA_rephii Now that's a bad joke.
Many of us say we have this problem and you say the team can't find anything?
Please compare the full traction control of the F1 World car to that of the career cars and you will see what is wrong. I wonder if they got what is wrong. It's not the traction after a slow corner in general
but the difference between my world and my career/my team
there is a obviously different in how the 2 behave
if they only tested my world yep there is no problem that is how it should behave
- SuperDuppe2 years agoNew VeteranCodemasters doesn't care, that's how I see it

@EA_rephiiThis is 100% an issue. Ask to devs to get someone to test it that isn’t used to racing games.
It’s definitely a thing. It’s harder to accelerate out off some 2nd gear corners using Full TC than it is without. Imagine a typical F1 22 low gear spin. It’s that but slower so you assume just ease off the throttle and open the steering. Nope car just keeps on rotating:
Controller Auto gears Full TC. Not every tight corner on every track. Bahrain is probably the easiest as it happens on all slow corners. More tyres wear the worse it gets.
I’ve spent hours flashbacking corners. Adjusting FFB and calibration settings as well as different camera angles…. Using default setups and setups I would expect to negate the issue but none do.
Closest I’ve came to solving it is. By increasing steering deadzone to 5 and the new steering rate up by as much as ten. But it’s still there. Also used 3 different duel sense controllers.
It the devs have tested this they have most likely used manual gears and if they have they would have most likely taken the corners in 3rd. But using auto gears car drops down to second some times first. There’s the start of the problem. If you havnt got your front wheel perfectly straight: when you so much as breathe on the throttle. Car bogs down and does. A slow drunken spin - IanM2822 years agoSeasoned Ace
You have got to be kidding me! They can’t find anything wrong? Well that’s worrisome to say the least.
Go on Baku full TC with a pad and try and keep the rear end stable! "Good luck"
I’m now reading this isn’t happening in the F1 World car to which I’ve not tried and no intention of.
It is 100% happening in the F123 cars on time trial, Grand Prix and career.

Also those who prefer to use or need to use Full TC. Need it it’s assistance most off all when exiting tight slow corners/hairpins. And once your in 3rd and up TC is rarely needed for most as it all downforce keeping cars on track. Slow corners not going fast enough for downforce to work. So it’s all mechanical grip which is TC comes in.
I got to the 4th season in my team
and I have to admit car with a lot of upgrade tier 2 & 3 feel exactly like my world and behave much better
maybe they said is okey because not very updated car are suppose to behave badly
- SuperDuppe2 years agoNew Veteran@EA_rephii Please, see my post in the german thread named ,,Auto Rutsch“.
- BadMayh3m2 years agoSeasoned Ace@EA_rephii Did they try Automatic gears?
Is it maybe just a Baku issue? I’ve found this wheel spinning fairly awful there, and just not fun at all. 35% distance and could barely drive with 20% wear on hards.
not played loads but did a silverstone race in the wet (with inters) and the tyre wear was roughly the same for me and the AI. 50%.
Just wanna back this up by saying that I just did a Baku sprint race and it's by far the worst race I've had on this game so far. Absolutely no traction out of 80% of corners. I play without traction controI and on a steering wheel so I'm not sure if it's just a baku thing but it certainly is really highlighted there!

new patch, no fix 👎🏻
- ScarDuck142 years agoLegend@LordPhoenix-TH66 Great vids every time I test it I see exactly the same
- SuperDuppe2 years agoNew Veteran@ScarDuck14 Bahrain is also extreme.
Hopefully they'll patch that soon - ScarDuck142 years agoLegend@LordPhoenix-TH66 I’m at a complete loss🤷🏻♂️. Just raced well tried to race Baku. Every race prior I was up to a second faster than teammate. Qualifying, Sprint and Race( Rage crashed ) was up to 4 seconds off my teammates pace. Hadt to tiptoe every corner but worse than that. Flashback spam as car just didn’t want to stop braking for corners. Yes I know Baku especially you need to brake earlier. But for me to make the corner I hadt to start braking a good distance before the Ai.
Have no clue as to why. First 3 races finished 5th 3rd and 5th. Baku slowest car in every session except practice sessions where I was top 5. - SuperDuppe2 years agoNew Veteran@EA_rephii Has the team viewed my clips?
If you he high temp is even time to make set up that don't burn the tires
Without tc you are suppose to slide our of slow corner if you can't dose the acceleration I don't see it as a bug
- SuperDuppe2 years agoNew Veteran@pekish79 But it happens with automatic and full tc.
This is a bug! Yes that is a bug because they behave different in my team and in f1 world but of people that don't use tc come here and say they have the same I think is confusing.
- BadMayh3m2 years agoSeasoned Ace@pekish79 That's because they're discussing 2 different problems.
1...the steering issue
2...why dont FTC fix it problem?
FTC will never fix a steering issue. I personally dont use TC as it's just to slow but I still see the steering issue in slow corners as I am using Auto gears.
Im only posting to add my voice to say...Yes there is a problem. I feel the TC problem is obvious the "steering" problem is less the video that was posted in this thread were TC problem. I never really saw a steering problem in any video
- SuperDuppe2 years agoNew Veteran@EA_rephii I find it really sad that EA has nothing more to say on this topic.
At least admit that you don't care about us! I find it strange they cannot tell the difference between the F1 world and my team/career; it's pretty different from how cars behave. I think the fact that they didn't touch at all team/career forgot to update something that they updated on f1 world since they probably tested it a little more because it was the new content (team/career was copied directly so maybe is still behaving like F122 in certain aspects of driving as well.)
