If your career save is gone, you need to provide more info like session codes and who was the lobby host, etc.

Is this replicable or did it just happen once? If so, I doubt there is much that can be done but please give the info if it happens again, as soon as it happens.

Did try to post earlier that your gamertags or EA accounts might be needed via Email (IIRC), but the boards were being a bit sad and throwing up duplicate posts and errors....😇

If it happens again get your session codes.

Without a guaranteed way of reproducing the error it might be difficult to see what happened.
