Rev counter
Why do I only see the top two thirds of the rev counter light up when racing?
It lights up all the way in time trial.
I don't get it, is there a setting or something?

if you're racing in GP Mode (Offline vs. AI), it depends on the car you're driving. Online, it will be the same as TT.

As you say it's different in TT (in the same car) and online.
Could not figure out why. It's been like it for a while in the F1 games. I guess it's for immersion sake in Career & GP Mode.
- @aidf1her I find it confusing, as I like to use that graphic to help with shifting!!
