Two Player Career Collision Setting Gone

We were playing a couple of nights ago and realized that suddenly our collisions went away in between practice and the race. Went to the settings to check collisions and the option is just entirely gone. When in the "Simulation Settings" menu, the only option that appears for "Collision Settings" is "Off for Griefing". However, this is locked because "This setting is currently locked to ON as Collisions are set to OFF". BUT I CANT CHANGE THE COLLISION SETTINGS lol. Anyone else experiencing this?

Checked both my single player career and F1 World GP and the setting is visible for both. Only absent in Two Player Career for some reason.
