There is data for each compound how much relative grip of their total grip they lose at a certain amount of wear.
As i said 1% of total grip is roughly equal to 0.3s on the average track - this changes based on the characteristics of the track.
91.32% is 6.68% less than 98% (the total grip of a C5 tyre). 6.68*0.3s = 2.004s.
Just fyi the total maximum grip for all dry compounds:
C5 = 98%
C4 = 96.5%
C3 = 95%
C2 = 93.5%
C1 = 92.75%
C0 = 92%
so the C0 is 6*0.3s slower on average than a C5 for example = 1.8s
