Can't find "surface & carcass or surface only" parameter

I recently bought f124 and unlike f122, f1 2020, 2019 and 2018 i cannot for the life of me find the setting in the simulation settings to disable the carcass temp setting. The only thing I see in the simulation settings are "Flashbacks, Surface type, Race starts, Car damage, Car damage level, Collisions and No collisions on lap 1".

I saw on this forum people talking about this setting but it doesn't seem to show up for me. In simple solo races as well as at the start of my career mode when you start in F2.

I'm putting the image of the simulation settings screen (it's in french but I've listed above every settings so it should be easy to navigate).
