@J1mmyWong No need to be condescending mate, that what forums are for, to share information, and I say this as someone who had to spent far more time than I would have preferred yesterday responding to the messages you have referenced.

Regarding #1: Not everyone was aware that it was a Closed Beta Test and that there were limited spots. It was understandable that some people were confused as to why their friends' received keys and they did not.

Regarding #2: Yes, people should do a better job a of reading, but let's be realistic no one reads EULA's or T&C's they just scroll down to the end and hit accept. Plus, it's somewhat natural to assume if you receive the beta code now the game must be available and ready to play.

Regarding #3: Pretty much same as 2.

While I appreciate that you are trying to help, I recommend that when you do so you attempt to communicate in a more constructive manner.

I am sharing information, information that is plainly given to people in multiple posts, on the games screen, in a purple box in the email, on the damn title when you try and sign up for the beta. Which is why it's condescending, it's completely obnoxious to any of the work from EA, Codemasters or anyone who's a community guy. 

Regarding #1: How does someone sign up to the test, which is clearly stated as ''CLOSED BETA TEST'' and not know it's a closed beta test? Then to spend the time to come here and make a whole new topic instead of doing some research for 5 minutes and finding it, that's obnoxious.

Regarding #2: The email that gives you a key has it's own little box that says at what time the beta is live, also if you launch the beta early it says on it's own in bold that the beta is not live yet. You have to skip that & try again to get the failed validation, again that's just being obnoxious and not reading. This has nothing to do with reading an EULA or the T&C...

Appreciate the recommendation, but people don't care if i'm nice. 

also @TheRagebeard This post isn't pointed at people who weren't in the know about the beta, or that have just found out about the beta. It's for people who
1. Have the code, so would have had to read things to get to this point
2. Have known about the beta, so they signed up but didn't get in
3. Haven't checked their spam folder, which is why if you notice - it's not mean or condescending when i'm speaking about that. It should be known to check your spam folder, so i'm just re-iterating that. These were in my spam folder. 

I think your point in #1 was is based off of that, and my post isn't about those people. I don't think it's understandable to have signed up for a closed beta and/or been a previous playtester and then come here to complain about not getting one.
