Where are all the helmets and liveries?

Where are all the helmet and liveries? 
We’ve been charged £89.99 for the Champions Edition to find just ONE helmet, glove, suit and car livery in the base game. 
This makes starting a new ‘My Team’ game really underwhelming. The whole point of the mode is to create your own team with your own customised identity. 
Go to an online lobby and everyone has the same car livery! 

Id say it was pure greed to lock them behind a paywall, but even the store is empty!! 

Just 3 terrible helmet designs in the store, but you can choose from about 30 pairs of shoes… 

Are more going to be added? I’d have been annoyed if we just got the same copy and paste designs from the last few games, but to have completely removed them all is a new level of ridiculous. Beyond disappointing to be charged a PREMIUM price for this game with so much content removed from last year… 

The whole marketing around pre-ordering was focused on getting some liveries for the game you were about to uninstall, only to load up the new game and get nothing!! 
Whichever genius on the team that came up with that idea has no place in game development!
