Stuttering whilst streaming in VR

Looking for anyone else that may have had issues and if any resolution to solve.

Game runs perfectly in VR set at Ultra VR settings using a quest 3 and a 5070TI. It's flawless. However the moment I open OBS Streamlabs it's becomes unplayable. Stutters at critical points of a track.

I streamed a lot of previous F1 but currently can't with this version.

Tries resolutions of:

Graphic settings turned down

Multiple Monitors disconnected 

DLSS off

Recording rather than streaming

Drivers up to date, game re installed 

Nothing improves. GPU usage sitting at about 80%.

Anyone else had this experience
